TNF wanted to run prize competitions. Looply built everything else: the sales platform, the backend and the legal management, all in one system. It doesn't just save them money. It earns it.
A shop builder, a payments plugin, a separate email tool, an affiliate app, and a spreadsheet for postal entries. Then hope it all stays legal and talks to each other.
The public site, customer accounts, checkout, draws, marketing and compliance, all in one system built for how prize competitions actually work. Subscription savings are about £4k a year. The real value is that it's the business itself.
Built with Next.js, Prisma, MySQL and Stripe, on a private server.
Most of our builds replace subscriptions. TNF's replaced about £4k a year of them, but that's not the point. The platform is the business: it sells the tickets, runs the draws, pays the affiliates and keeps it all compliant.
"We came to Looply with an idea. They handed us a working business."

Admin logs postal entries in the backend, they get tickets and go into the draw like anyone else. Wrong answers to the skill question are marked not eligible, and postal winners stay anonymous on the results page.
When a customer deletes their account, their personal data is wiped and non-winning postal entries are anonymised after the draw, while orders, tickets, wins and the audit log are kept as required.
TNF do. Once a build is paid for, the client owns it.
