What we collect when you get in touch, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

This website is run by Looply ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal information you send us through this site. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@looply.uk.
When you use the enquiry form, we collect:
If you email us directly, we collect whatever you include in your email.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a walk-through and give you a quote. Our lawful basis is either our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.
We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a marketing list.
These providers process information on our behalf. Some may store data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on the safeguards they have in place for international transfers.
The Looply pages on this site don't set any tracking or advertising cookies themselves. WordPress and the plugins that run the site may set functional cookies needed for the site to work. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
We keep enquiries only as long as we need to respond to you, plus a reasonable follow-up period. After that we delete them. If you become a client, we keep what we need to deliver and support the work, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
Email hello@looply.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
