What does Looply do?
We replace the pile of software subscriptions a business pays for with one custom system built for that business. It's cheaper, it fits how you work, and you own it once it's paid for. We also handle the digital side: websites, phone systems, AI receptionists, texts, call tracking and integrations.
How much does a website cost?
Our website package is £325. That's a full website with an SEO package, your Google Business Profile set up or optimised, Google Search Console, changes for the first year and your first year's domain. It's usually live in a couple of days to a week.
What's an AI receptionist?
It answers every call straight away with no "press 1" menus, puts callers through to the right person, and out of hours takes a message with all the details and emails the right team. MP Estates used one to replace a £600-a-month answering service.
How much does a custom system cost?
Every build is quoted after a walk-through. As a guide, the small business package (website, simple CRM, quotes, invoices, review requests and missed-call text-back) is £500 to £700 upfront or on a payment plan, small trade apps start from around £1,000 one-off (or about £100 a month including hosting), mid-size apps are £2,000 to £3,000, and larger platforms are around £5,000. Third-party fees are passed on at cost.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Once it's paid for, it's yours. Hosting and support are optional, monthly or yearly.
Can you move us off GoHighLevel?
Yes. We used to resell GoHighLevel, so we know it inside out. Naughty Noughties moved off it onto their own events platform and saves about £400 a month.
Where's it hosted?
On our VPS, or on your own VPS, which is more secure. We can set that up for you.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
