Website terms of use

The rules for using this website. These don't cover work we do for clients; that's agreed separately for each build.

Last updated: 23 October 2026.

Who we are

This website is run by Looply ("we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@looply.uk. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

You can browse the site and contact us through it. Please don't misuse it: don't try to break it, get unauthorised access to it, send it spam or malicious code, or use it for anything unlawful.

How accurate the content is

We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it's for general information only. In particular:

  • Prices shown are a guide and may change. Every build is quoted individually, and the quote we give you is what counts.
  • Savings and results described in our case studies are what those clients achieved. Your results will depend on your business.
  • Nothing on this site is an offer that becomes a contract when you accept it. Any work we do is agreed separately.

Who owns what

The content of this site (text, design, graphics and code) belongs to Looply or the people who licensed it to us. You can view it and share links to it, but please don't copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without asking us first. Client names, logos and screenshots are shown with their permission and belong to them.

Links to other websites

Where we link to other websites, we do it for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

Our liability

We provide this website as it is. We don't promise it will always be available or free from errors. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Your privacy

How we handle the details you send us is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
